Ron Paul has more than 2 good positions. He wants to shrink the government back to the way it was designed to be when the founding fathers set the government up in 1776. It's suppose to be small. As a result of small government is more freedoms. A vote for any other candidate is a vote for marxism really. Obama, Romney, Santorum, all those of those other guys will keep expanding gov't and spending. Calling him crazy is saying we should have never gained independence from The British Empire.

Small government doesn’t mean more freedoms. It just allows for some other entity to take away those freedoms which people are inherently entitled too. The government needs to be large in order to protect out freedoms. It needs to regulate industry in order to protect people from being abused by it. We need to have public schools so that children whose families are to poor to afford a private one can get a decent education in order to make a living. The EPA protects our environment from being destroyed by those who just wanna make a quick buck and don’t give a shit about how its gonna affect the environment and people in the grand scheme of things. And calling him crazy has nothing to do with us gaining independence from Britain.
